Youth Mentor, Whitby (Full-time)
We’re excited to be recruiting a full-time Youth Mentor (Whitby) to shape and deliver the Achieve programme, an ambitious secondary schools programme across Scarborough and Whitby.
The Achieve programme, funded by Anglo-American and the Woodsmith Foundation, aims to support disadvantaged students to achieve their potential by supporting their personal development, connections to aspirations, and improving learning and attainment.

This is a brilliant opportunity to support real and positive change to the lives of disadvantaged young people.
The vast majority of your work will take place in two schools in Whitby.
From a personnel perspective, you will be directly employed by North Yorkshire Youth, however you will engage with team members from across organisations on a daily basis to work cohesively as Team North Yorkshire Together.
