Our sessions are delivered by highly qualified personal trainers, powerlifting, nutrition & mental wellbeing coaches with years of experience in the health & fitness industry. We will deliver safe techniques and principles to weight training, learning the importance of functional movements to incorporate into sport. Specific training programmes, nutritional workshops on macro & micro nutrients and discussions around mindset and feel-good chemicals activated that influence human behaviour and habits to create higher levels of mental performance on a day to day basis.
