Request transport to and/or from a FEAST Activity
You must have received confirmation that you have been accepted onto your FEAST activities on HolidayActivities before requesting transport.
Filling in this form does not automatically guarantee you will receive transport as we have a limited budget and access to drivers, but we try to accommodate as many requests as possible.
Please only fill in this form if your child could not participate in FEAST without transport support e.g., if your child has SEND and cannot attend any local FEAST activities, or you live in a particularly rural area and do not have access to any personal or public transport.
Please note: journeys are generally limited to 10 miles each way unless there are exceptional circumstances. For example, we understand that the nearest specialist SEND or otherwise suitable activity may be more than 10 miles away. Due to demand, for each holiday period, we can offer a maximum of 8 days of travel (16 journeys) per FEAST eligible child/young person.
Transport requests for Summer will open soon. The deadline for requests for transport support over Summer 2026 is 1st September 2026, however his may be moved earlier if there is unprecedented demand.
We will need at least 6 working days to process your request, so please leave this amount of time before following up about a transport request.
Please increase this to allow at least 7 working days if your transport request is made at the very beginning of the request form opening.
